Winning Cooper will only be possible because passionate volunteers give their time to connect with the local community about the issues they care about. 

The neighbouring seat of Maiwar delivered Michael Berkman as our first ever Greens State MP in 2017 by just 78 votes. It was a historic win, and since then, Michael's been a breath of fresh air in Queensland Parliament. 

He has been the only politician in Queensland who doesn't take corporate donations and who actually fights for everyday people and the future of our planet. It's time we get him some friends elected into Parliament to continue sticking up for all of us, rather than corporate donors and the interests of the political elite.
